SOLID CHIPBOARDS
Solid chipboards, also known as particleboards, are engineered wood panels made from wood particles, such as wood chips, shavings, and sawdust, bound together with a synthetic resin or adhesive. Solid chipboards are more economical compared to solid wood or plywood, making them a cost-effective option for various applications. The surface of chipboard is generally smooth and uniform, providing a suitable base for laminates, veneers, or paint finishes. It’s available in various grades, with different densities and strengths, allowing for customization based on specific project requirements.

- Size : 2050mm*840mm, 2135mm*915mm.
TUBULAR CHIPBOARD
Tubular chipboard also known as Hollow chipboard is manufactured with longitudinal hollow channels or voids running through its length. These hollow spaces significantly reduce the weight of the board while maintaining its structural strength. It is available in various sizes and thicknesses, allowing it to be used in different applications, such as flooring, wall panels, doors, and other building components. It offers cost advantages due to its reduced material usage, ease of production, and lighter weight, leading to lower transportation and installation costs. Chipboard sheets are about 50-60% lighter than solid wood timbers.
